A few projects...

Copywriting

It's not about the hard sell. It's not even about selling (at least, not outwardly). Good copy is bang-on-the-nose tone of voice and human-to-human connection. If a sale is like a laugh, copy done right is the perfect tickle. You barely notice it but it's making you inexplicably laughing your socks off and rolling around the floor.

You'll find a handful of examples of my work right here, plus lots more on Authory (click here). Unfortunately, I have a stash of awesome projects I'm unable to share with you due to NDA constraints (usually agency work for high-profile clients). However, if there's something specific you're looking for, do as it might be that I have exactly what you need tucked away in some dusty, forgotten folder on my Z drive or in a fluffy cloud somewhere.

Content writing

If copy is a feather, content writing is a bird. It's beautiful, intriguing, engaging; you watch it, wonder where it's going, heck, it even makes you think about the bigger picture.

Features

I wasn't going to push the feather/bird analogy but let's try this. If copywriting's a feather, content is a bird, a feature is the bird's hidden world. What it does, where it goes, what it sees - and this bird's world is different from every other.

Thing is, unless you peek outside your immediate periphery, you might (you probably will) miss it.

A feature holds interest, shed new light. It's full of voice and colour and exploration. Features are well-researched and, above all else, they're time well spent.

So, here are a few of mine.
